How an extension job runs
Visit and quote. Kourosh comes to the property, looks at the existing building and talks through what you want. You get a written quotation for the agreed work.
Drawings and approvals. If you need plans, planning permission or Building Regulations approval, we work alongside your architect and structural engineer.
The build. Foundations, blockwork, steel, roof, windows and doors, plastering, kitchen, flooring and decorating. We plan and coordinate the trades, with plumbing and electrical work brought in as needed.
One point of contact. You deal with Kourosh from start to finish.
